Flu shots are available in late October. Flu shots are $20.00; clinic dates are announced before flu season begins.

Children's Immunization Program and 2019 Schedule

Children’s immunizations are available at the Warren City Health Clinic according to the schedule below, and also at several off-site clinics during the year. These off-site clinics will be posted on this site from time to time, as they are scheduled. Immunizations are available for ALL children aged 0-18 years old.

All clinics are held from 9:00 to 11:00 AM and 1:00 to 3:00 PM at the Warren City Health Clinic, 258 East Market Street, unless otherwise noted. An administration fee applies: $21.25 per child (Medicaid accepted). A parent or guardian must accompany any child under the age of 18. Parents are reminded to bring current shot records for each child. Children should be well, free of fever, rash or illness.

All clinics are walk-in; no appointment is necessary.

  • June 3 and 17
  • July 1 and 15
  • August 5 and 19
  • September 9 and 23
  • October 7 and 21
  • November 4 and 18
  • December 9

Special Clinic Dates

  • August 28 (4:00 PM to 7:00 PM)
  • October 16 (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM)

    On the August 28 and October 16 special clinic dates, a librarian from the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library will read a story.

*Available only to those eligible for VFC (the CDC's Vaccines for Children Program).
