Unclaimed funds occur whenever anyone disburses money to a payee and they are not claimed. In such cases the check is not cashed. 

As the Municipal Court Clerk, it is my responsibility to attempt to disburse those funds prior to submitting them to the funding authority, the City of Warren Treasurer. 

Please review the list of unclaimed funds below to see if your name is listed.

If you find your name on the list and have proof of the transaction, we will process the claim of the funds to be paid to you upon adequate identification. The funds will be available at Warren Municipal Court until March 1, 2020.  March 1, 2020 the funds will be turned over to the Treasurer of the City of Warren.
