The city of Warren as of NDIA’s 2019 study is the 5th least connected city in Ohio. By working together with the City of Warren, TCAP, and TMHA we are proud to announce the Warren-Trumbull Digital Advantage Initiative – which seeks to change this statistic. With support from those who believe in this mission, this space will be used to teach digital literacy skills, redistribute refurbished computers, and sign residents up for the Affordable Connectivity Program, saving all who qualify under the generous FCC income standards $30 a month on their internet.
