ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Warren, Ohio, will accept bids for
HIGH ST SANITARY SEWER

Work includes furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and services necessary for completion of the project.  All work shall be done as shown on drawings called for in the description of the work and in a manner directed by the specifications of the City of Warren, Trumbull County, Ohio. The engineer’s estimate for this project is $996,000.00. The Director of Public Service will receive sealed bids for the above mentioned project until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at the office of the Director of Public Service & Safety, 391 Mahoning Avenue, N.W., Warren, Ohio, 44483, and publicly open and read aloud at City Hall, Warren, Ohio, immediately thereafter. 

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site on Thursday, July 9th at 9:00 a.m., meet at the Mocha House parking lot 467 High St NE, Warren, OH 44481 Please limit attendance to 1-2 representatives per bidder. . An electronic copy or hard copy of the bid book and plans can be obtained for $75.00 at COS Blueprint, 590 N. Main St., Akron, OH.  44310.  (330)376-0022. Hours opened are 9-2 Monday thru Thursday. Check payable to “PRIME AE Group, Inc.”, non-refundable.

The Board of Control reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bidding.
