DRAFT0131 GREATHOUSE BROWN: An ordinance for the purpose of approving the annexation of certain territory currently located in Howland Township and consisting of approximately 2.5890 acres of land contiguous to the City of Warren and declaring an emergency.

NEW LEGISLATION (RECEIVED JUNE 3, 2021)
DRAFT 0138 STEINBECK: A resolution in support of the protecting the right to organize (pro) Act, which provides a generational opportunity for labor movement and serves the cornerstone of the AFL-CIO's workers first agenda, and declaring an emergency.

DRAFT0139 NOVAK: An ordinance for the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and Director, on behalf of the City of Warren, to execute an agreement for mutual aid for Police protection with various other political subdivisions, and declaring an emergency.

DRAFT0140 BROWN: An ordinance for the purpose of appropriating from the unappropriated, unencumbered 2020 balances of the certain city funds, and appropriating from the unappropriated, unencumbered 2020 balances of the General Fund, and declaring an emergency.

DRAFT0141 FORTE: An ordinance for the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Public Service and Safety, for and on behalf of the City of Warren, to apply for Federal Funds programmed by the Eastgate Regional Council of Governments to replace the Packard Park Pedestrian Bridge, and declaring an emergency.

DRAFT 0137 LARSON: An ordinance for the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Public Service and Safety, for and on behalf of the City of Warren, to enter into agreement(s) with the Mayor of the Village of Lordstown, Ohio and to amend current agreements to provide for sewer service, and to provide for operation and maintenance of the sewer system for the Village of Lordstown Sanitary Sewer District’s East Side Sanitary, Phase 1, and declaring an emergency.
