Community Needs and Service Provider Surveys

The Department of Housing and Urban Development [HUD] requires all entitlement communities receiving HUD funding to have a five-year plan in place that identifies local housing and community development needs and offers a strategy by which those needs may be addressed through federal funding sources.

 

The City of Warren currently receives both an annual Community Development Block Grant and, in a partnership with Trumbull County, an annual HOME grant that funds affordable housing needs.

 

We are reaching out to ask for your assistance in developing our 2020 -2024 Consolidated Plan by completing one of our surveys below. Your input will help us generate a truly community-oriented plan that will guide the decision making process on a broad range of issues.
