Christmas Observed: Garbage Pickup Delay

December 17, 2018
City offices will be closed in observance of Christmas. The garbage collection schedule for the week will be as follows:
Monday, December 24: No delay. The route scheduled for Mondays will run normally.
Tuesday, December 25: No trash service. Routes normally serviced Tuesday through Friday will be picked up Wednesday through Saturday.

Credit Card Payments to Water Department

Effective January 2, 2019, our representatives will no longer be processing credit card payments over the phone.  You must select option #1 when calling in to make a credit card payment with our automated payment system.  Simply follow the prompts to make a secure payment using this method.  There is a convenience fee for each transaction.

Stormwater Notice: Leaves blocking storm inlets

Every fall, the Water Pollution Control Department (WPC) receives complaint calls regarding street flooding and standing water within the roadway and ditch line. Most often the water is being detained by storm inlets whose grates are covered with leaves. In the spring and summer, complaint calls are related to grass and leaves blown into the roadway. Lane Configuration Changes Planned for East Market Street

Hydrant Flushing

July 26, 2018
The City of Warren Water Department will conduct hydrant flushing in the City's Northeast and Southeast sections through the spring and summer, and into the Northwest and Southwest in summer and the beginning of fall. Flushing will occur between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Residents may notice low water pressure and brown water during this process. Reserve Avenue Bridge Rehabilitation Project
