Children's Immunization Program and 2017 Schedule

Children’s immunizations are available at the Warren City Health Clinic according to the schedule below, and also at several off-site clinics during the year. These off-site clinics will be posted on this site from time to time, as they are scheduled. Immunizations are available for ALL children aged 0-18 years old.

An administration fee applies: $21.25 per child (Medicaid accepted). A parent or guardian must accompany any child under the age of 18.
