Hydrant Flushing Program in Effect
Beginning June 12, the Warren City Water Department is conducting a hydrant flushing program. The program will begin on the City's north side and will gradually move south throughout the month. Residents may notice low water pressure and brown water during this process. Brown water is caused by sediments being stirred up and is not a health concern; if water turns brown, residents are advised to run cold water until it clears.
Sidewalk Pouring on Willard Avenue S.E.
Starting Wednesday 10/9/2013, the work of pouring new sidewalks will begin on Willard Avenue S.E., from East Market Street to Youngstown Road S.E.
Homeowners will not be able to use their driveways while they are blocked off by workers. They will remove the caution tape when residents are able to use their driveways again. The Utility Services Department thanks residents for their patience and cooperation.
