HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) Program
The Warren-Trumbull HOME Consortium is a cooperative enterprise between the City of Warren and Trumbull County. Recognized as a participating jurisdiction, its funds are used to expand the local supply of decent, affordable housing throughout the county. Activities are accomplished through acquisition, rehabilitation and new construction of housing. The City of Warren is the lead agency for the Consortium and the Community Development Department administers all related programs.
The goal of the Warren-Trumbull HOME Consortium is to provide affordable, safe and sanitary housing to low- and moderate-income families and individuals. Home Ownership Loan Program (View the Brochure)
The City of Warren Homeownership Loan program provides income-eligible residents with up to $5,000 that can be applied towards down payment and/or closing costs. For more information, please contact Susan D. Johnson at (330) 841-2595 Ext. 1.
Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program (View the Brochure)
The City of Warren Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation program provides income-eligible single-family homeowners with up to $35,000 to upgrade and improve their property in order to rehabilitate city residences and revitalize local neighborhoods. Emergency Home Repair Program (View the Brochure)
The City of Warren Emergency Home Repair program provides up to $5,000 ($6,000 if it is a roof) per residence to alleviate immediate threats to the health and safety of low-income city residents. For more information, please contact Susan D. Johnson at (330) 841-2595 Ext. 1.
HOME Investment Projects
